Can I remove Recipients?
Starloop Members often wonder why they cannot manually remove recipients.
Here's why.
When a Recipient is added to Starloop, it triggers a sequence of emails. These Recipients can receive up to 3 emails in total.
Removing Recipients and re-sending invitations would result in the email sequence being triggered again. This could quickly result in too many emails being sent to any individual Recipient.
There is a solution
Your Starloop Feedback Page URL will look something like this: https://go.starloop.com/YourBusiness. Simply copy your Feedback Page URL from your web browser and email it to your customer.

"But they didn't get any emails!"
It's important to note that no software in the world that utilizes email has a 100% success rate with delivery. Factors that can prevent delivery include:
- The Recipient's email provider
- Their spam filter settings
- Their inbox settings
- Have them check their spam/junk folder
- Have them check their promotions tab
