Zap Setup Example
In this particular case as an example, it’s when an event ends in the Google Calendar.
When the event ends on Google Calendar, Zapier will start the selected Action Send Invites (Business) as shown bellow.
Make sure to select an trigger event that makes sense for your business in order for your customers to receive the review invitation only after the comercial transition has finished.
In case the App you are connecting with Starloop doesnt have an event that suits your business timing needs you can set an delay for the invites in the Starloop Dashboard -> Invite Settings (Initiate Invite Sequence) and the invites are only sent after the set time.
In this example the invitation would be sent only after the end of a meeting/consultation in Google Calendar, the timing your customer will recieve the review invitation is a major factor in your conversion rates.
Send Invites (Business)
When sending invitations from the business level when having one location profile the Starloop Feedback Page will skip the Location Selection Page, if you have multiple location profiles on Starloop sending an invite from the business level will display a Location Selection Page.
Send Invites (Location)
Sending invites from a location level the Starloop Feedback Page will skip the Location Selection Page, putting your customer one click away from leaving you a review, this is the recommended method for businesses with multiple location profiles in Starloop.
Should i use Send Invites (Business) or Send Invites (Location) ?
In the case you only have one profile setup in Starloop, the invites should be sent from Send Invites (Business) action, else try and use Send Invites (Location) You can setup a Zap per each location profile you have in Starloop or pass the ID directly from your trigger event data.
Multiple Location Profiles
If your business has multiple Location Profiles in Starloop and for a better experience for your customer we recommend creating a Zap with Send Invites (Location) event for each location profile you have on Starloop or as an advanced setup you can also pass the location ID directly from your trigger event data.
Check (Advanced) Send Invites with Custom ID bellow, for instruction on how to setup an Zap with customs ID's.
In the case where the App trigger event data you are integrating with Starloop doesnt have location information to setup dedicated zaps per location or use customs ID's, you can always use the Send Invites (Business) the Starloop Feedback Page will ask your customers which location they interacted with to leave the review.
(Advanced) Send Invites with Custom ID
Your locations ID's is highlighted in yellow on the image bellow, you can use those ID's on your App to tell Zap which location profile the invites will be sent from, this allows to run only one Zap for all your locations and the invites will still be sent from the corresponding location passed from your App.
This ID would need to be set has a custom field in your prefered CRM or a column in your excel table
Selecting the Custom Tab option you will be able to select a field from your Trigger App to pass in the ID's manually from your trigger action.
In this case our ID is stored in the field "Location" where for reference "Test Location" would display one of your location ID's fetched from your trigger action data.
