How do I edit the emails and texts?

The ability to edit the Starloop emails and texts that are being sent to your clients is not possible. 

That might seem counterintuitive at first, but here's why. 

On a previous version of Starloop, we allowed clients to change the working, add logos etc. This resulted in fewer reviews being won (and greater dissatisfaction with our software.)

For those reasons, Starloop is a "done for you" service where we provide the best possible emails and texts we can to get you the most reviews possible. 

In our extensive testing, we have found that no logos, simple text that is highly relevant (your name, your business name etc.) has been the best combination for getting maximum reviews.
